Adiciona um comentário à candidatura. O comentário aparece no histórico do candidato na vaga e tem como autor o usuário de API que fez a requisição.

400 Bad Request — The request body or query parameters failed validation. Common causes: missing required fields, invalid field types, malformed JSON.
401 Unauthorized — Authentication is required but was not provided or is invalid. The JWT token is missing, expired, or malformed.
403 Forbidden — The authenticated user does not have permission to perform this action. Check CASL permissions for the required action/subject combination.
404 Not Found — The requested resource does not exist or belongs to a different tenant.
500 Internal Server Error — An unexpected error occurred on the server. The error message is masked for security. Check service logs for details.
